| Report : 2BTN has cleared the town and the area north of Anzio, one company was missing for a short time. Enemy resistance is growing but the battalion has the front under controle so far. BTN is at 87% of TO&E Companies are at 83% and BTN HQ and assets at 95%. |

| Objective : 2BTN is to land right in the port of Anzio and clear the port and neighbouring blocks for the next wave. |

| Opportunity action : CHA Company pursuited the enemy out of the town and got some information on a railway gun who had started to fire on the beachhead. CHA company raided for the gun and found an armored train but no artillery piece. However, thanks to this information the HQ company, under direct command of CO Major Hanks, found the railway and another armored train with two guns which it promptly took out. |

| Objective : LUD and NUG companies are to use their good positions and exploit some gaps in the German lines just west of the town where as CHA and TIL companies will infiltrate towards the town along the wadi's and creeks. |

| Report : LUD and NUG companies made a good exploitation routing the enemy and clearing the area west of the town. CHA and TIL companies had a harder time getting into the town and were not able to clear it. BTN is at 78% of TO&E Companies are at 69% and BTN HQ and assets at 92%. |
| Mission 3 : Assault and Defence. Isola Bella. 31.01.1944 |
| Objective : LUD and NUG companies will attack to the east to liberate CHA and TIL companies who themselves will have to hold Isola Bella at all cost. |
| Report : NUG companies broke through to Isola Bella but LUD company got lost. CHA and TIL companies made a tough stand against German attackers and held the town. LUD goes over to R&R while we have a new company joining the battle : LEE under command of 1st Lt. McGee. With the fresh Coy BTN is at 75% of TO&E Companies are at 72% and BTN HQ and assets at 83%. |

| Mission 4 : Corridor. South of Isola Bella. 02.02.1944 |
| Objective : All 2nd Battalion companies will have to keep the corridor from the beachhead to Isola Bella open against German counterattacks and widen it if possible.. |
| Report : TIL and LEE companies fled before the German assault. NUG made a stand but withdrew to avoid decimation. CHA stood fast but was unable to keep the line open. BTN is at 71% of TO&E Companies are at 70% and BTN HQ and assets at 75%. The battalion really needs the 1st Battalion troops to get back to strength. |
| Mission 5 : Combined Arms Assault. South of Cisterna. 05.02.1944 |
| Objective : All 2nd Battalion companies will assault the German lines and restore the MLR aided by CCB/1st Armored Division and its artillery. |
| Report : CHA company sliced through the German defenders while NUG company captured a small airfield near Isola Bella and held this important landmark. LEE Company lost contact on its way. With the 1BTN replacements 2 BTN companies are back to strenght. |

| Mission 6 : Tank Hunt. Aprilia. 15.02.1944 |
| Objective : Reinforced by 1BTN replacements and new companies, 2BTN will train for capturing German vehicles and then conduct a night raid in order to destroy and capture Kraut vehicles in Aprilia. |
| Report : Almost all companies succesfully trained on the use of German vehicles and then infiltrated the town of Aprilia. The raid was an almost complete success with the capture of 19 vehicles and the destruction 5 others. KELL company is still MIA though. |

| Mission 7 : Take the factory. Aprilia. 17.02.1944 |
| Objective : With a company of captured German vehicles 2BTN makes an all out assault to take the town of Aprilia. |
| Report : NUG company took the factory and downtown with TIL company on its left. WHI made a successful jump to take and hold the northern farm while BAX cleared the area behind them. MIC cleared the left flank but two companies did not make it leaving some bulges in the frontline. Losses were quite high with 6 squads and 5 vehicles lost down but the toll on the Germans was a staggering 47 squads and 19 vehicles. |
| Mission 8 : Infiltrators ! Aprilia. 19.02.1944 |
| Objective : German elements of the 715th Division are infiltrating the town. 2BTN has to hold and clear the town before it can be relieved. |
| Report : NUG and BAX cleared the central area and drove the enemy offboard. TIL company easily eliminated the threath at the far right flank but MIC company got almost destroyed in holding the line. WHI and KLIP did not manage to get started. Losses were quite high with 7 squads and yet another few vehicles lost down but we are bleeding the Germans white with another 56 squads and 5 vehicles eliminated. |
| Mission 9 : Enemy bridgehead. Moletta. 01.03.1944 |
| Objective : Sand rabbits of the 4th Fallshirmjäger Division have created a bridgehead over the Moletta river and the Rangers are called in to throw them back over the river. |
| Report : NUG and BAX drove the enemy beyond the river, secured the bridge and established a bridgehead of their own while MIC company cleared the right flank; Only TIL company did not manage to get the assault together. |

| Some smartass green devils tried to fool the rangers by wearing tommy helmets they had captured before. It did not help them much. |
| Mission 10 : Cat and Mouse. Mussolini Canal. 04.03.1944 |
| Objective : 2BTN joins the 1st Special Service Force in a night raid to capture shelter and fortifications in path of the 3rd Division assault. |
| Report : All companies but TIL managed to control the buildings or take a high toll on the enemy troops. Another Ranger victory. |
| Campaign Report : 2BTN has conducted the seaborn assault in Anzio and fought for Isola Bella. Then it managed to take and hold Aprillia and reduce the Fallshirmjäger bridgehead on the Moletta and pave the way for the March assault of 3rd Division near the Mussolini Canal. It has taken out the equivalent of half a Panzer Division. Overall this is an Operational Victory. |
