- Add an additional hit for every 2 rolled below the
required TK but never more than double the number of steps which are firing.
- 12 is always a miss and results in a hit on the
firing player
- Halve the FP if only capable of firing HE.
- Use the TCS modifiers if applicable to add to the
basic TK.
